Office Administrator for English-Speaking Professionals in El-Ain, Kenya
We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team in El-Ain, Kenya. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience to gain valuable skills and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance and manage vacation requests
- Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and preparing invoices
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa or authorization to work in Kenya
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month

El-Ain, Kenya
Other Details:
This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own accommodation in El-Ain or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals.
