Barista - Coffee Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a coffee specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages according to our standards. You must have experience in the coffee industry and be knowledgeable about different brewing methods, as well as possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Restock supplies as needed and keep inventory of items used for coffee preparation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in the coffee industry
- Knowledgeable about different brewing methods and able to adjust grind settings accordingly
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Must have good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must possess a biometric passport or have the ability to obtain one
- Indian nationality preferred
