Office Assistant - Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping skills are also required.

This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and preferably of Indian nationality. Accommodation will not be provided so we prefer candidates with their own visa.
