We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Online Consultant to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers seeking experience in the field of online consulting.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. While Norwegian nationality is preferred, applicants from other countries who possess the necessary qualifications are also welcome to apply.
