Online Consultant

We are a growing online consulting company based in Alta, seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information about our services
- Assisting clients with navigating our website and utilizing online tools
- Providing product recommendations based on client needs
- Troubleshooting any technical issues or challenges that clients may encounter
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of online platforms and tools
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)

Salary: $1300/month (part-time)
Location: Remote (based in Alta preferred)
Start Date: Immediate
