Accountant (Payroll & HR) – Prague

HR Test Agency is looking for an Accountant (Payroll & HR) in Prague, Czech Republic.

Conditions:
- Office in Prague + partial remote
- Full-time, Mon–Friday
- Salary: 50,000 CZK net
- Vacation: 21 days
- Bonuses, paid courses, team support

Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in accounting or payroll/HR
- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or HR
- Knowledge of Czech accounting, tax, labor laws
- Software: Pohoda, Money S3, Helios or similar
- Czech B2+, MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

Responsibilities:
- Full accounting & payroll
- HR documentation (hiring, transfers, dismissals)
- Reporting to state institutions
- Participation in audits
- Updating internal procedures
