Office Assistant - English Speaking (Las Vegas, USA)
Our fast-paced office is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Providing administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
