Excavator Operator


A reputable construction company in Eldoret is seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment machines, such as excavators, to perform various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator machine to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, and loading materials
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain and repair equipment when necessary
- Follow safety regulations on construction sites to prevent accidents
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity
- Keep track of daily work logs and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction environment
- Valid certification or license for operating heavy equipment
- Good understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Willingness to work long hours and physically demanding tasks

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month. In addition, the company provides accommodation for out-of-town employees.

Visa Sponsorship:
The company is willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
