Cruise Line Customer Service Representative - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals)


We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian national, you will be able to effectively communicate with our Indian passengers and provide exceptional service throughout their cruise experience. Your main responsibilities will include assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip for all guests.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexible schedule, as this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers upon boarding and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have throughout their trip
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any potential problems before they escalate
- Assist with check-in/check-out process, including collecting payments for onboard purchases
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and provide reports as necessary
