We are currently hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements for the project
- Create initial designs and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all designs are being implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Atlanta
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software programs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
