Job Title: Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced office in Los Angeles. Your main role will be to oversee all administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing schedules
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and all equipment is functioning properly
- Train, supervise, and evaluate office staff to ensure high quality of work
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and vendors
- Assist with budget planning and monitor expenses for the office
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience managing staff
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
