Office Manager - Contract Position (Indians Preferred) in Los Angeles, USA
Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a contract position suitable for Indians who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with HR department for onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing databases.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
- No prior experience required - this is an entry-level position suitable for freshers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
