Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Porto. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product inventory, analyzing sales data, and developing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor product inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create attractive displays that showcase products and drive sales
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for international candidates.
