We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of merchandising plans and strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential new product opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for products
- Communicate regularly with stores to gather feedback on product performance and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data
- Assist in developing pricing strategies for products based on market trends and competition
- Handle administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and managing invoices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
