Insurance Sales Agent

We are hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients and providing excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Explain policy details, coverage, and premiums to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Customize insurance packages based on the client's specific needs
- Prepare and present quotes for different insurance products
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different insurance products and their features
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid residence permit or own visa
