Data Mining Specialist



We are a growing data analysis company based in Dickirch, seeking a highly skilled Data Mining Specialist to join our team. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with our data scientists to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with various data mining tools and techniques, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation for Kenyan nationals. No English language skills required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on large datasets
- Identifying patterns and trends within the data
- Collaborating with data scientists to ensure accuracy of findings
- Utilizing various data mining tools and techniques
- Providing insights and recommendations based on findings
- Maintaining organized records of all data mining activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data mining or analytics role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with various data mining tools such as Tableau, RapidMiner, or IBM SPSS Modeler
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
