Construction Project Manager - Ashdod, Israel


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Ashdod, Israel. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget goals
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying potential cost savings opportunities
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, etc.
- Lead regular meetings with project team members to address any issues or concerns
- Oversee hiring of subcontractors as needed for specific tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes including design development, building codes, permits procurement etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
- Proficiency in project management software
