Construction Manager (Ashdod)


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Ashdod. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to supervision and coordination of contractors and subcontractors. As a Construction Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an urgent position that requires a proactive and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and timelines
- Review architectural plans and specifications
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, change orders, etc.
- Manage project finances including payments to contractors/subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, quality standards,
and construction processes/methods/materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams of contractors/subcontractors
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
-Sound financial management skills including budgeting and cost control

Our company offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. As this is an urgent position, candidates must have their own visa and accommodation in Ashdod. Fluency in English is required for this role.
