Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and coaching as needed
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)

City: Mauren (open to candidates from other cities within the country)

Preference: Malayalees, foreigners with work permit, English-speaking candidates
