Facade Technician
As a Facade Technician in our company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the exterior facades of buildings in Almada. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, and we are specifically seeking candidates with experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facades of buildings according to design specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure facades are in good condition
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues or damages to facades
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Comply with all safety regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret design plans
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately at heights
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Must have valid visa/work permit for Almada (visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)
