Entry-level Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry-level Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Funchal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to develop innovative machine learning solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand project requirements and design machine learning models
- Develop, test and deploy machine learning algorithms and models
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and implement them in projects when applicable

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy or SQL
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
