Office Manager (Part-time)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules and appointments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave requests.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Portuguese language would be a plus.
