Plasterboard Worker Supervisor

We are hiring a Plasterboard Worker Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of plasterboard workers in Remish. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve supervising and training workers, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plasterboard workers and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to workers
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterboard worker or supervisor in a construction or renovation setting
- Strong knowledge of plasterboard installation techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
