Indian Pastry Chef in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Acre, Israel. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Designing and producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and other baked goods
- Creating new recipes and menu items that align with our restaurant's concept
- Ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Training junior staff members on pastry-making techniques
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Proficient knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity in designing new recipes and desserts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Certification from a recognized culinary institute is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
