Job Title: Preservation Architect
We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures, ensuring that they are maintained and restored in accordance with their historical significance.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for restoration projects
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building is maintained
- Researching historical documentation and materials to inform restoration decisions
- Overseeing all phases of restoration projects, including design, construction, and budget management
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and historic preservation standards
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural preservation or restoration projects
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with local regulations related to historic preservation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: 1200$ per month
This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and ticket provided for all nationalities. English speaking proficiency is required.
