Preservation Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania
Our prestigious architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving the historical and cultural integrity of buildings and sites through careful planning and execution of restoration and conservation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical buildings and sites in order to develop effective preservation plans
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure all restoration projects meet safety standards and regulations
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration projects
- Oversee construction teams to ensure preservation plans are executed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation activities and communicate updates to clients regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Proven knowledge of historic preservation practices, materials, techniques, and technologies
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
