Job Title: Part-Time Administrator in Funchal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Funchal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Order office supplies and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings and events, including reservations, logistics, and materials preparation
- Act as a point of contact between the company and clients or vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours
Salary: $1200 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
Location: Funchal (accommodation provided if needed)
