Industrial Architect

Our company in Faro is seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create efficient and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Design plans and layouts for new constructions or renovations of existing buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to the plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Review and approve materials used in construction to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of building construction processes, materials, and systems.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Salary: 1600$ per month
