Industrial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise during construction.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Faro, Portugal. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-EU citizens if needed.
