Quality Assurance Engineer

A leading software development company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify any issues or bugs
- Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and make recommendations for enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1700 per month
