Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Los Angeles. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1600 per month plus tips.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
