We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Factory Line Worker to join our team in Eldoret. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet daily production targets to meet customer demands

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a factory production line preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
