Restaurant Manager - Albena, Bulgaria


As the Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Albena, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create employee schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff are trained in their respective roles
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Work with the chef to develop menus and specials that align with our brand and appeal to our customer base
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being followed at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee the dining room to ensure that it is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing for supplies
- Keep track of financials, including sales reports, labor costs, inventory costs, etc.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship
