AI Deep Learning Engineer
Location: Ufa, Russia


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced AI Deep Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ufa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies and algorithms to enhance our products and services. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design and implement solutions using deep learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement deep learning models for various applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and deep learning
- Analyze data sets, perform data preprocessing, train models, and evaluate performance
- Optimize deep learning models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during model development or deployment
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in AI deep learning engineering or research
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Artificial Intelligence or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects
