A leading architectural firm in Faisalabad is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. Your expertise in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces will be essential in meeting our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Develop detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Salary may vary based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, preference will be given to applicants who are already located in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad.
