Commercial Architect - Part Time


We are a leading architectural firm specializing in commercial and retail design projects. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings, including offices, shopping centers, hotels, and more. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements and budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget
- Develop detailed commercial design plans using CAD or other software
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors and construction teams to oversee implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits as needed during the construction process to ensure design is being followed accurately
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing proposed designs
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and trends in commercial design industry
