Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the work of a team of masons to ensure that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and inspecting work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This position requires a strong background in masonry work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons in completing construction projects
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Inspect work for quality and safety compliance
- Read blueprints and follow project plans
- Train new employees on masonry techniques
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work progress
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders on project updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in masonry is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed

This position offers a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that this job is suitable for Pakistani nationals who are legally allowed to work in Eschen without accommodation provided by the employer.
