Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Keep track of guest preferences and use this information to personalize their experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Friendly personality with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests

Salary: $1100 per month
