We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance and repair team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as fixing appliances, repairing plumbing and electrical systems, painting, and other general maintenance duties. This is a part-time position suitable for someone with experience in maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and facilities
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Keep track of inventory for tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Communicate with tenants or clients regarding any maintenance concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance work is required
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues that may arise
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants or clients professionally
- Must have own visa or work permit to legally work in Albena, Bulgaria

Salary:
