Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training and motivation to meet targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in the [INSERT INDUSTRY/PRODUCT/SERVICE] sector is preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and verbal), knowledge of English is a plus
