Sales Manager (Braga, Portugal)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success in meeting sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Continuously assess market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry or market
- Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
