Part-time Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

As a Commercial Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. You will use your expertise in building design, materials, and construction techniques to create functional and visually appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and make necessary changes to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
