Indian Chef



We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in hot environments
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Nizwa, Oman. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
