Handyman - Khasab City, Oman



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks within residential and commercial properties. You must have excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as repairing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and patching walls
- Conduct minor repairs on electrical and plumbing systems
- Install new fixtures such as shelves, blinds, and cabinets
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Coordinate with property managers to address any tenant concerns or requests
- Keep track of inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Preference given to Filipino candidates with own visa or on a contract basis
- Fluent in English

Salary: 1600$ per month
