Baker for Traditional Bakery in Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our traditional bakery in Utena, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods that uphold our bakery's reputation. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for baking and experience in working with traditional recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various traditional breads, pastries, and other bakery items.
- Create new recipes and adapt existing ones to maintain our bakery's unique offerings.
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Train and supervise any assistant bakers or apprentices.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a traditional bakery setting.
- Expertise in working with traditional recipes and techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills in Malayalee language (English not required).
- Preference given to Malayalee candidates willing to relocate to Utena.

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
