Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production processes. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, as well as meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
- Meet production targets and deadlines set by management
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
