Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Lom. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to provide exceptional service to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Proficient in managing budgets and inventory control systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
