Indian Restaurant Manager in Lom
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lom. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Train and supervise staff on menu items, service standards, and job duties
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet company standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, ordering, and inventory control for supplies
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine is required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
