Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Lom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and culture, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Ensure high quality standards are met in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Train and develop staff on proper food handling and customer service techniques
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment in compliance with health codes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and familiarity with cultural customs
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and increasing profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Lom, contract job (renewable based on performance)
