Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
